**Workspace Manager concept example** A working example of the core library. It can change without notice.

- **Module:** builder

- **Kind:** interface

What applying one window needs to know beyond the window itself.

[`windowIsNew`](/en/ts/latest/reference/builder-applywindowcontext-windowisnew/) separates the two jobs this does: a window it just created
needs everything set, and one that already existed needs only the
differences, so the flag is what keeps a rebuild from redoing the work.
