This class's identifier, declared once per class and written to both [`code`](/en/ts/latest/reference/errors-libtmuxerror-code/) and `name` on every instance.

It is a literal rather than `new.target.name` because a constructor's
`name` is its identifier, and a bundler that minifies identifiers renames
it: under `--minify`, `new `[`WaitTimeoutError`](/en/ts/latest/reference/errors-waittimeouterror/)`().name` read `"m"`. Anything a
consumer branches on has to survive their build, so every subclass
declares this and a gate holds each one to its own.
