Criteria that could not be evaluated, rejected before any command ran.

This is a caller mistake rather than a tmux one, so nothing was sent and
nothing needs undoing. [`QueryValidationError.reason`](/en/ts/latest/reference/errors-queryvalidationerror-reason/) separates a bad id
from bad criteria, and the path locates the field.
