Move this pane out into a window of its own, in the session it is in.

tmux places a break with no destination in whichever session is current,
which is the attached one rather than this pane's.

On tmux 3.7 exactly, a break with no name crashes the server, so a
[`breakOut()`](/en/ts/latest/reference/pane-pane-breakout/) without a [`windowName`](/en/ts/latest/reference/types-newsessionoptions-windowname/) is refused there before anything is sent.
