# pane.Pane.showResolvedOptions

- **Module:** pane
- **Package:** libtmux
- **Language:** TypeScript
- **Kind:** method

```
showResolvedOptions(
  options?: CommandOptions,
): Promise<ReadonlyMap<string, string>>
```

The option values that govern this pane, own and inherited together.

[`showOptions`](/en/ts/latest/reference/pane-pane-showoptions/) reports only what was set here, which for a fresh pane is
often nothing. This resolves what it inherits as well, so an option has an
answer wherever it was actually set.

## Examples

```ts
(await pane.showResolvedOptions()).get("allow-rename");
```
