- **Module:** pane
- **Package:** libtmux
- **Language:** TypeScript
- **Kind:** method
- **Source:** https://github.com/libtmux/libtmux-ts/blob/073b9d7dedad900bff6f5ec0ea47794e40225870/packages/libtmux/src/pane.ts#L486
- **Page:** https://libtmux.org/en/ts/latest/reference/pane-pane-unzoom/

```
unzoom(options?: CommandOptions): Promise<void>
```

Restore this pane's window to its layout, whatever it was doing before.

Idempotent in the same way [`Pane.zoom`](/en/ts/latest/reference/pane-pane-zoom/) is, and unzooms the window
even when a different pane in it is the zoomed one.

## Examples

```ts
await pane.unzoom();
```

## Parameters

- `options?` (`CommandOptions`)

## tmux command

The tmux commands behind `unzoom`.

- [`resize-pane`](/en/tmux/latest/manual/resize-pane/) (the window is zoomed)
- [`if-shell`](/en/tmux/latest/manual/if-shell/)

## tmux C API

The C declarations in tmux that implement these commands.
