Read a named paste buffer without decoding or splitting its bytes.

Unlike [`Server.showBuffer`](/en/ts/latest/reference/server-server-showbuffer/), this preserves NUL, invalid UTF-8, line
endings, and trailing newlines.

bytes[0]; // 104
```
