Run this server's commands somewhere other than a local `tmux`.

The built-in engine spawns a process per command; supplying one moves every
layer above it — snapshots, queries, handles — to a tmux reached however
you reach it. See `libtmux/`[`engine`](/en/ts/latest/reference/server-serveroptions-engine/) for what an engine owes its caller.

[`Server.watch`](/en/ts/latest/reference/server-server-watch/) and [`Server.connect`](/en/ts/latest/reference/server-server-connect/) refuse when an engine is
present because their observer is a local tmux process.
