Rows for the session's first window.

A detached session has no client to take its size from, so tmux gives it
80x24 and every program in it formats to that. Nothing can widen it
afterwards except [`Window.resize`](/en/ts/latest/reference/window-window-resize/), and a width-aware program has already
truncated its output by then rather than wrapped it.
