How the keys are interpreted before tmux delivers them.

The default resolves key names, so `\"C-c\"` interrupts rather than typing
three characters; [`literal`](/en/ts/latest/reference/types-sendkeysoptions-literal/) turns that off for text that happens to look
like a key name.
