A command for tmux to run in place of the default shell.

tmux hands this to a shell, so a whole command line works, and the process
replaces the shell rather than running inside it — when it exits the pane
closes, unless [`remain-on-exit`](/en/tmux/latest/catalog/options/remain-on-exit/) says otherwise.
