A pane produced output.

One kind whichever way tmux wrote it. Under [`WatchOptions.pauseAfterSeconds`](/en/ts/latest/reference/types-watchoptions-pauseafterseconds/)
tmux writes `%extended-output` rather than `%output` for every pane, and a
caller that had to rename its own event on enabling a safety knob would find
out by receiving nothing at the moment backpressure began.
