# window.Window.refreshed

- **Module:** window
- **Package:** libtmux
- **Language:** TypeScript
- **Kind:** method
- **Source:** https://github.com/libtmux/libtmux-ts/blob/073b9d7dedad900bff6f5ec0ea47794e40225870/packages/libtmux/src/window.ts#L550
- **Page:** https://libtmux.org/en/ts/latest/reference/window-window-refreshed/

```
refreshed(): Promise<Window>
```

This window placement, read again at a new instant.

The placement is kept, not just the window: a window linked into a session
at two indexes has two placements, and this one stays the one it was.
Refusing rather than silently retargeting is why the index is part of what
is matched.

## Examples

```ts
const later = await window.refreshed();
later.panes.count();
```

## In other ports

Read a window again
